This preparative column offers complementary selectivity to C18 stationary phases for polyaromatic compounds. It uses a stable Phenyl sorbent for ultra-low column bleed, extended lifetimes, and excellent peak shapes. Constructed with hybrid particle substrate and phenyl-hexyl bonding, it has a spherical particle with low silanol activity. It operates within a pH range of 1 to 12 and handles temperatures up to 80°C (low pH) or 60°C (high pH), with a maximum pressure of 6000 psi (415 Bar). Suitable for HPLC preparative and LC/MS techniques.
