The roll unwind tension can be easily adjusted to user preference. Continuous backing liner can be torn off or fed directly into a wastebasket for disposal. Certified DNase- & RNase- free. Pierceable with a pipet tip or robotic probe for direct sample recovery. 2.0mil aluminum foil removes easily without tearing. The conformable nature of foil allows for the visual verification of the seal’s security around each well. Not recommended for long-term cold storage.

The dispenser facilitates the quick and easy dispensing of film from a roll allowing microplates to be sealed three times faster than using sheeted films. Environmentally friendly; no paper liner to remove and discard; utilizes approximately 59% less material than AeraSeal sheeted film. Each sheet is separated by an adhesive-free, perforated, color-coded red band. The smooth lower surface of the dispenser can be used to seal the film to the plate. Dispenser protects unused seals from contamination. Lower support prop prevents dispensing bill from contacting surfaces to prevent contamination. Replacement rolls can be easily installed by releasing the locking clasps on the dispenser.

General Purpose polypropylene films offer superior barrier properties to minimize evaporation and prevent well-to-well contamination. Ideal for use with polypropylene plates.Certified DNase- & RNase- free. Features good chemical resistance. Provides a very secure seal to minimize evaporation, but is slightly harder to remove than SealPlate films. Less rigid polypropylene film reduces aerosols upon removal. Specially formulated adhesive minimizes plate residue. Can be used as a temporary seal while awaiting further processing.
