A method for the blocking of pseudoperoxidase was described (StreefkerkJG, Journal of Histochemistry and Cytochemistry. 20: 829 (1972)). This product is used in a peroxidase based IHC procedure. Incubating sections with Novocastra Peroxidase Block, RE7101, can neutralize endogenous peroxidase activity. 25 mL of reagent is supplied.
