Genscript Corporation WB-MASTER Protein Standard
WB-MASTER Protein Standard is designed for convenient protein identification in western blot. This standard consists of seven recombinant proteins with molecular weight of 20 kDa, 30 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa and 120 kDa. Each of the proteins contains an IgG binding site that is able to bind to primary or secondary antibodies derived from a wide range of host species. The standard thus enables direct visualization of both the protein marker and users' samples on the same western blot membrane without any additional reagents.
ProteinSimple Protein Normalization Module
The Protein Normalization Module from Simple Western is an accessory that enables automated normalization of protein levels across multiple samples for more accurate and reproducible western blot data. It works by probing a housekeeping target like actin or GAPDH in parallel with the protein of interest. The module consists of two chambers that allow simultaneous probing of the normalization protein and target protein. It is compatible with Wes, Simple Western's capillary electrophoresis and blotting system. The module delivers more accurate normalization than typical strip-based methods.
Genscript Corporation Broad Multi Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard
Broad Multi Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard is a special-designed protein standard. The standard is a mixture of ten highly purified prestained proteins ranging from 5 kDa to 270 kDa, covalently coupled with four different chromophores. The 30 kDa band is red, 50 kDa band is green, 270 kDa band is orange, and other bands are blue. Broad Multi Color Pre-Stained Protein Standard is designed for observing protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verifying western transfer efficiency on membranes, and approximating the size of proteins.

LICOR WesternSure ECL Stripping Buffer for Chemiluminescent Westerns (100 mL)
WesternSure ECL Stripping Buffer is ideal for stripping and reprobing chemiluminescent Western blots. This Western blot stripping buffer. It removes primary and secondary antibodies from PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes, maintains target antigen integrity for efficient reprobing, and it does not require hazardous shipping, unlike many other stripping buffers. Stripping buffers are not recommended if bands need to be quantified. Note: WesternSure ECL Stripping Buffer is not recommended for loading amounts over 30 µg. It will demonstrate decreased performance when used at 2X or 5X concentration and heating the solution will not increase the stripping efficiency.
