The BrightStar™ Duration HRP Chemiluminescent Substrate is a sensitive and long lasting luminol-based chemiluminescent two solution kit that may be used for any blotting applications utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies. The HRP substrates are compatible with various blocking buffers and can be applied on PVDF or nitrocellulose with low backgrounds. The HRP Western substrates come as a two component kit system for extended shelf-life. Visualization may be carried out through x-ray film or digital imaging system utilizing a CCD camera. This is a 15mL kit of 7.5mL luminol reagent and 7.5mL peroxide solution.
