Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The straight glass blades are spaced 90° apart and angled 15°. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION.

The Chemglass 19 mm rotary bearing rebuild kit supplies replacement bearings, seals, and hand tools needed to service 19 mm mechanical-seal stirrer bearings. It supports routine maintenance and seal replacement for rounded or beveled glass, metal, or PTFE-covered stir shafts.
- Includes adjustable pin spanner wrench and retaining ring pliers.
- Contains bearing seal, ball bearings, and needle roller bearings.
- Bearing body material: glass-filled PTFE.
- Seals use perfluorinated O-rings for broad chemical resistance.
- Rated seals up to 2,000 rpm; manufacturer recommends a maximum of 500 rpm with glass vessels or shafts.
- Seal life approximately 3,000 hours.
- Specialized grease sold separately; a small amount of mineral oil may be applied during installation.
- Designed for use with rounded or beveled stir shafts; do not use with flat-ended shafts.

Bearing Body Only, 19mm Stir Bearing, Mechanical Seal, 2-3/8in Threaded Connection. Our NEW mechanical seal bearing is the only design on the market that will permit you to use your current glass, metal or PTFE covered stir shaft. The design allows you to have the flexibility of vertical adjustment and still choose your agitator diameter and style. Bearing has a ferrule and locking nut to ensure that the seal rotates properly, and is supplied complete with a gold plated wrench. Lower joint adapters are supplied complete with perfluorinated o-rings and a loosening nut. PLEASE NOTE: BEARING BODY AND LOWER JOINT ADAPTER MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY.**MAX RPM WILL DEPEND ON SHAFT AND/OR AGITATOR TYPE, ALONG WITH ALIGNMENT OF MOTOR AND COUPLING. CHEMGLASS RECOMMENDS A MAX OF 500 RPM WHEN USED WITH ANY GLASS VESSEL, LID OR SHAFT. LONGER LENGTH STIRRER SHAFTS ARE REQUIRED FOR USE WITH CG-2077-M MECHANICAL SEAL STIR BEARINGS.
