12.7mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Female Coupling, For Use with CG-2021 Thru CG-2025. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 12.7mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Female Upper Coupling is 3/8". For use with CG-2021 thru CG-2025 series of motors and stirrersOverall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Shaft is precision ground and polished to fit our CG-2076 and CG-2077 10mm PTFE bearings. Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The curved glass blades are spaced 120° apart and angled upward. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION.

Made of 1/8" PTFE to fit 10mm OD stirrer shafts. Minimum joint size listed is the size required to allow passage of the blade.

10mm Semi-Micro Stirrer Assembly, Complete with Shaft, Bearing and Blade, 19/22. Semi-micro stirrer has a 10mm OD x 440mm long precision ground button style shaft and a 15 x 46mm TFE blade. Lower end of shaft has a reduced diameter to allow passage through a 19/22 outer joint. The 15 x 46mm blade can be used in flasks having a capacity of 100mL and above. Complete stirrer assembly consists of a shaft, bearing and blade.

Stirring Shaft, 19mm, Chem-Stir, 50L-72L Flasks, 895mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 19mm OD precision ground stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2" (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING. Reactor Capacity: 50L, Flange ID: 300mm, Tubing Diameter: 1/2". For use with unjacketed cylindrical reaction vessels with a 200mm ID or 300mm ID flange. Coil can be used to cool or heat the contents of a vessel. Fabricated from #304 S.S. tubing with a green PFA coating that is electrically tested to insure complete coverage. This method of manufacture provides for excellent heat transfer and avoids the problems normally associated with heat-shrink PTFE tubing on copper tubing.
