The Alkali Scientific™ BSC1006 Mini-Centrifuges are ideal for quick spin-downs of micro samples. The easy-open lid permits convenient single-handed operation. The clear lid and electronic safety cut-off allow safe sample observation. The centrifuge quickly accelerates to maximum speed (6,600 rpm/2,200 rcf) and stops within seconds. The advanced motor mounting system provides quiet, vibration-free operation. The BSC1006 centrifuge includes a traditional round angle rotor (for six standard 1.5ml to 2.0ml microtubes) as well as a strip tube rotor for 2 PCR strips or 16 individual 0.2 ml tubes. Additional adapters are also included for 0.4-0.5ml tubes. The rotors can be easily interchanged within a matter of seconds. The BSC1006 Mini Centrifuge comes in a red or blue color.

Due to its compact design the Hermle Z207-H Hematocrit Centrifuge is the perfect centrifuge for even the smallest of lab spaces. It is equipped with a hematocrit rotor for 24 x capillaries. Accompanied by Hermle’s easy to use control panel , the unique EZ-Scroll™ touch pad, gives you ease of control and a modern feel. An advanced microprocessor controls allow for setting/displaying of the rotational speed in either rpm or rcf in increments of 10. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy to use front panel can be used to adjust accel/decel rates, run time, and change the end of run alarm tone. There is also a momentary spin function that will run while the button is pressed. Additionally the Hermle Z207-H features a sleep mode to save energy by shutting off after a certain time if not being used while on, which can be toggled on or off easily.
