Microscope Accessories and Replacement Parts
General accessories and parts for use with microscopes. Products include lens oil, lens cleaner, slide dispensers, microscope covers, vessel holders, light cubes, and flow cells.
Many parts of your microscope can be updated or replaced including microscope lamps, lenses, and eyepieces. Replacement lamps, light sources, and power cords can extend the working lives of your microscopy equipment. New or replacement objectives and lenses can help increase the total magnification available with your microscope.
Add greater magnification or exchange your eyepiece for one with a reticule to more easily estimate the sizes of the items being viewed.
Replace or update your mechanical stage or clamps or add cell culture vessel adapters to facilitate specimen positioning.
Condensers can also be replaced, and conversion kits are available to add phase contrast, polarization, fluorescence, or other capabilities to your current system.
Some microscopes can be adapted for use with still or video cameras. Look for cameras and adapters designed for your specific microscope brand. Film and documentation-related products may also be available to support your record-keeping.
Temporary, semi-permanent, and more long-term slide storage options include:
- Slide racks that securely hold slides during staining procedures
- Folding fiberboard or plastic slide holders with horizontal indentations that keep microscope slides in place
- Slide storage boxes with vertical dividers; made from fiberboard, plastic, and wood and available in multiple sizes
- Slide holders and mailers for transporting slides safely
- Slide storage systems and cabinets for large quantities of slides or archival storage

BOND Mixing Stations are reusable inserts with six vials for mixing and catalyzing chromogens prior to slide application.Fresh chromogen promotes high quality staining.Replacing the mixing stations at recommended intervals ensures that the mixed chromogen does not become contaminated.

Snowcoat Clipped Corner Slides are clipped at 45° angles to help reduce glass breakage and fragmentation when loaded into slide printers. These slides have been optimized for use with the Leica printer.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Wafer Cleaving Kit
The complete tool set to scribe and cleave cleanly. This is a critical step to getting the best cross-sections. The kit includes two diamond scribes for marking and scribing (straight tip and 30 degree tip), a pen-style diamond scribe, tweezers with black soft fiber fine tip (length 6.25 in), wafer cleaning pliers, a clear plastic ruler with metric and US units, and tungsten cleaving wire. This kit is suitable for a wide variety of substrates and wafers (Si, GaAs, glass).
Electron Microscopy Sciences Cargille Microscope Immersion Oil Type OVH 16 OZ
Cargille PCB-Free Immersion oils were introduced in 1972. Today, no other immersion oil meets FDA criteria. For horizontal, inverted and inclined instruments and projection equipment where higher viscosities are generally required. Viscosity: 46,000 cSt +/- 10% @ 23 deg C (centistokes).

Ted Pella Inc Ø3" Silicon Wafer, Type P / <111>
These 3" diameter silicon wafers can be used either as a substrate for thin film research or to make small silicon substrates by dicing the wafer into smaller pieces using a scriber and the Wafer Cleaving / Glass Breaking Pliers. The wafer is shipped in a wafer carrier.
