SeaSpray DC Nebulizer 2.0 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.75mm ID x 1.3mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 piece) and DC Gas Fitting Type 11 with ratchet connector (1 pc.). Compatible with Analytik Jena ICP-MS and Leeman.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 2.0 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 2.0 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 20% TDS. We recommend the use of the Elegra Argon Humidifier to achieve best performance with high TDS.Replacement parts include P/Ns NC1625341 and 502703076.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559). Tracey PTFE spray chamber, includes Helix CT locking screw & seal and JC-13 Metal ball Joint Clip (1 ea). Made from PTFE, 50mL volume. Compatible with Shimadzu ICPE-9000/9800 & ICPS-7500/8100 ICP-OES.The Tracey PTFE is a HF-resistant cyclonic design with a proprietary Stediflow surface treatment that significantly improves sensitivity & precision, in addition to enhancing washout efficiency compared to other inert spray chamber designs. Compatible with Perkin Elmer Optima ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min & sample flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. DuraMist is an economical inert nebulizer for high-precision analysis & the highest tolerance to TDS, up to 30%.
