Glass Expansion QA Kit
QA Kit. The Quality Assurance (QA) Kit enhances the day-to-day reproducibility of your results and greatly reduces the chance of a clogged nebulizer. It's a convenient QA package combining the TruFlo Sample Monitor (501907281), Inline Particle Filter (NC0897716), Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (NC9462559) and Eluo Adaptor for Inline Filter (NC0801128). The Inline Particle Filter is easily spliced into the autosampler probe capillary before the peristaltic pump and switching valve, which greatly reduces the risk of a blocked nebulizer. The TruFlo instantly detects any reduction in the sample flow due to particulates trapped in the filter. Suitable for most common applications (e.g., routine aqueous samples, <5% acid matrix, non-HF, non-organic). Not recommended for samples containing HF. Replace Sampler Cone Gasket each time the cone is installed, even if it is the same cone (501907691). Use 10x Magnifier Inspection Tool with Built-In LED Illumination (NC2042261) to inspect cone orifice condition. When not in use, keep cones stored in original packaging for protection. OpalMist U-Series Nebulizer 0.2mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.6mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc) & EzyLok Connector (1 pc).Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0L/min & sample flow rate is 0.2mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.2mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 1.0L/min gas flow rate. OpalMist is made from high purity PFA resulting in the lowest background & exceptional resistance to HF. Tolerates up to 15% TDS & 75um particulates.Replacement parts include P/Ns 502702959, 502702994 & 501907289.Recommended nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) & Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N 501907353). RF Coil Silver PTFE Coated for Agilent (Varian) 700-ES Series Axial ICP-OES. Compatible with Agilent (Varian) 700-ES Series Axial ICP-OES. The RF coil is susceptible to corrosion in the torch box, which eventually lowers the conductivity of the coil. The greater the corrosion, the larger amount of energy is needed to produce a plasma of the same power. Coils in a corroded condition, increases the stress applied to other components in the RF generating system, and can shorten the lifetime of your torch. Copper is used as the base material of most commercially available coils but different plating materials are available. Silver has the best conductance & gold the best corrosion resistance.
