The Grainger Approved Square End Mill Single End Carbide is a milling cutter with a square end for machining slots, shoulders, and angles. It has a 1/2" shank diameter, 1-1/2" overall length, and 1/2" cutting diameter. The end mill features 4 flutes and is made of solid carbide for wear resistance and durability. It has a TiAIN coating to reduce friction and heat. The end mill provides accurate cuts in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. It is designed for high speed machining in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

It accepts 3/32” and 2.33mm bur shanks. Unlike battery-powered drills, this unit maintains consistent power for the duration of use. The wide range of speeds allows you to control the amount of heat generation.
