Recommended not to exceed optimum 2.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. OpalMist is made from high purity PFA resulting in the lowest background & exceptional resistance to HF.
