The ThermoBrite Temperature Verification Kit provides a handheld digital thermometer with a Type K thermocouple mounted to a standard glass slide for verifying instrument temperature at the slide/plate interface. It is supplied as an accessory for ThermoBrite systems and is used to confirm temperature readings within ±1°C.

Montana Molecular Green fMP-targeted cADDis cAMP Assay - 10mL
Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics with this flag-tagged MyrPalm cADDis cAMP sensor. Add fMP-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Decreasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs, red fluorescent membrane-targeted or cytosolic cAMP sensors, or red fluorescent sensors for DAG or Calcium can easily be co-expressed with this assay.
PKC (α,β,γ) Phospho-Regulation Antibody Sampler Kit, ECM Biosciences
The PKC (α,β,γ) phospho-regulation kit can be used to examine phosphorylation of PKCα (Ser-657/Tyr-658) relative to the total expression of PKCα. The phospho-specific antibody also detects phosphorylation of the the conserved dual site in PKCβ and PKCγ. The kit includes mouse monoclonal antibodies to detect total PKCα and PKC (α,β,γ), as well as secondary reagents for rabbit polyclonal and mouse monoclonal antibody detection.
