Up to twelve temperatures can be evaluated at one time - each row of eight can have a different value. Programming is intuitive with a large LCD display and graphical representation of the program steps. The software allows for a variety of programming features, such as increased or decreased time during successive cycles, i.e. “touchdown” applications. The heated lid automatically adjusts to tube or plate height for oil free cycling with consumables. The lid can be programmed to hold different temperatures. The lid slides back and away, to provide full access to samples and reduce the risk of users coming into contact with the hot surface.

Leica ThermoBrite Humidity Cards are consumable inserts for the ThermoBrite slide denaturation/hybridization system. Supplied in packs of 10, they are saturated with distilled or deionized water and inserted into the instrument lid to maintain humidity and prevent probe evaporation during slide processing.
- Maintain humidity to prevent probe mixture evaporation.
- Supplied in packs of 10.
- Insert into lid card slots and support with lid tabs.
- Saturate new cards with approximately 13 mL distilled or deionized water.
- Resaturate with 3-10 mL before subsequent runs.
- Replace every 1-2 weeks or when cards no longer retain water.
- Do not substitute with paper towels or other filter materials.
