Human Growth Hormone Receptor, isoform 1 Reporter Cells are prepared using INDIGO's proprietary CryoMite™ process. This cryo-preservation method allows for the immediate dispensing of healthy, division-competent reporter cells into assay plates. There is no need for intermediate treatment steps such as spin-and-rinse of cells, viability determinations, or cell titer adjustments prior to assay setup. [INDIGO Catalog Nos. IB14001, IB14001-32, and IB14002]

Biotium CD19 (B-Lymphocyte Marker)(CD19/3117), CF514 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
CD19 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that contains two extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains. CD19 is present in both benign and malignant B-cells and is considered to be the most reliable surface marker of this lineage over a wide range of maturational stages. In normal lymphoid tissue, CD19 is observed in germinal centers, in mantle zone cells, and in scattered cells of the inter-follicular areas. Anti-CD19 exhibits an overall immunoreactivity pattern similar to those of the antibodies against CD20 and CD22. However, in contrast to CD20, expression of CD19 is continuous throughout B-cell development and through terminal differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells. Anti-CD19 positivity is seen in the vast majority of B-cell neoplasms commonly at a lower intensity than normal B-cell counterparts. Plasma cell neoplasms are nearly always negative, as are T-cell neoplasms. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other label

RPMI-1640 was developed by Moore, et al., at Roswell Park Memorial Institute, hence the acronym RPMI.The formulation is based on the RPMI-1630 series of media utilizing a bicarbonate buffering system and alterations in the amounts of amino acids and vitamins.RPMI-1640 medium has been used for the culture of human normal and neoplastic leukocytes.RPMI-1640, when properly supplemented, has demonstrated wide applicability for supporting growth of many types of cultured cells, including fresh human lymphocytes in the 72 hour phytohemaglutinin (PHA) stimulation assay.

Lonza Walkersville Stellate cells human Passage 1
Stellate cells are a resident cell type of the liver primarily functioning to store retinoids In response to liver damage stellate cells rapidly lose the stored retinoids and differentiate into a proliferating fibroblast-like cell that begins depositing collagen matrix This activity causes buildup of collagen in the liver eventually leading to cirrhosis Stellate cells can be isolated from liver tissue enriched and placed into cell culture When placed into culture stellate cells begin to immediately differentiate into the activated state Human Cryopreserved Stellate Cells 100K cells/vial are stellate cells enriched from human liver isolations and grown to 80% confluency and then cryopreserved Human Stellate Growth Medium (Catalog MCST250) is available to support optimal culture health and growth characteristics of stellate cells Characterization performed Post-thaw plating to observe characteristic stellate morphology

Campy Blood-Free Selective Medium (CCDA) is used with cefoperazone for the selective isolation of Campylobacter spp. in a laboratory setting. Campy Blood-Free Selective Medium (CCDA) is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions in humansCampy Blood-Free Selective Medium (CCDA) was described by Bolton et al. This medium was formulated to replace blood with charcoal, ferrous sulfate, and sodium pyruvate. To improve selectivity, cefoperazone replaced cephazolin in the original formulation. Bolton et al recommended incubating inoculated plates at 37°C to improve isolation rates. Yeast and fungal contaminants are inhibited with the addition of amphotericin B. Campy Blood-Free Selective Medium (CCDA) is recommended for food testing. For more information visit https://www.neogen.com/solutions/Microbiology/campy-blood-free-selective-medium-modified-ccda
