This results in ultra-pure mononuclear cells with superior viability and unchanged biological function. In addition, the cells do not clump after thawing, allowing for easy handling and reproducible results.Our hMNC are now also available from HLA-typed donors.Please note: Cryopreserved human mononuclear cells are not suitable for the in vitro generation of macrophages using our Macrophage Generation Media XF.
