The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged PRLR cytokine receptor, an untagged CTK JAK1 and EA-tagged SH2 domain protein. Upon activation of the cytokine receptor, CTK-based receptor phosphorylation leads to SH2-EA recruitment and production of EFC signal.
