Immunology Consultants Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG H+L Antibody - Highly Cross-Adsorbed, 1.0 mg
Donkeys were immunized with highly purified rabbit IgG h+l and resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was solid phase adsorbed using bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, horse, hamster, human, mouse, rat and sheep immunosorbents to remove cross reactive antibody. Specific antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a rabbit IgG containing immunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody will react with rabbit IgG and with light chains common with other rabbit immunoglobulins as determined by ELISA and IEP techniques. It has less than 1% cross reactivity with bovine, goat, guinea pig, horse, hamster, human, mouse, rat and sheep IgG and chicken IgY. This antibody is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IHC applications. This antibody may cross react with IgG from other species. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
Biotium CF543 Succinimidyl Ester
CF Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes. SE dyes are commonly used to label antibodies and other proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF543 dye has excitation/emission at 541/560 nm.

Fluorescently labeled Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Highly Cross-Adsorbed is prepared by labeling high quality antibody with a selection of fluorescent CF dyes and other labels. CF dyes are next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Near-infrared fluorescent CF750 dye has excitation/emission at 755/777 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rat, and sheep serum. Supplied at 2 mg/mL in PBS, 50% glycerol, 2 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% sodium azide.
