QuickZyme Sensitive Tissue Hydroxyproline Kit, 2 X 96-Assays. Measure hydroxyproline in small tissue samples with low collagen levels! The ONLY hydroxyproline-based assay which shows no matrix effect and no need for further dilution of the hydrolysate, enabling measurement in small samples with low hydroxyproline levels. No drying of hydrolysate is needed, resulting in a fast (<2 hrs), sensitive and easy (96-well plate format) assay. Dynamic range: 6-300 uM. Sensitivity: 0.3 ug/ml. Species independent. Measures total hydroxyproline. If this hydroxyproline is obtained upon hydrolysis of collagen, it represents all collagen types present without discriminating between types of collagen, procollagen, mature collagen and collagen degradation products. Hydroxyproline in tissue hydrolysates can be used as a direct measure of the amount of collagen present. The HitHunter cGMP Assay is a detection kit offering a robust, sensitive and easy-to-use assay to measure intracellular cGMP levels. This product uses EFC technology, and contains ED-tagged cGMP, anti-cGMP antibody, and pure EA. Upon application to a cell which contains endogenous, untagged cGMP, the anti-cGMP antibody will be sequestered by binding to this untagged cGMP, allowing for EFC between the tagged cGMP and soluble EA. This will produce a proportional level of chemiluminescent signal. This kit may be used with Eurofins DiscoverX cell lines as well as cell lines from other sources.
