Recombinant CHO Lysosomal Acid Lipase (LAL; NCBI XP_035297776.1) is expressed in CHO cells with a 6xHIS tag and purified to >95% purity. LAL appears at ~55 kDa under reducing conditions and is quantified by A280. As a lipid‑metabolizing lysosomal enzyme, LAL can co‑purify with biologics and contribute to product degradation during purification or storage. This high‑quality recombinant antigen provides a reliable standard for ELISA development, antibody validation, and HCP profiling. Its CHO‑derived structure ensures biological relevance for impurity monitoring and process optimization. A valuable tool for teams studying lipid‑processing enzymes, assessing LAL‑related risks, or refining HCP detection workflows.

This gene encodes a DNA topoisomerase an enzyme that controls and alters the topologic states of DNA during transcription This nuclear enzyme is involved in processes such as chromosome condensation chromatid separation and the relief of torsional stress that occurs during DNA transcription and replication It catalyzes the transient breaking and rejoining of two strands of duplex DNA which allows the strands to pass through one another thus altering the topology of DNA Two forms of this enzyme exist as likely products of a gene duplication event The gene encoding this form alpha is localized to chromosome 17 and the beta gene is localized to chromosome 3 The gene encoding this enzyme functions as the target for several anticancer agents and a variety of mutations in this gene have been associated with the development of drug resistance Reduced activity of this enzyme may also play a role in ataxia-telangiectasia

Supplied as a lyophilized powder prepared from a two times crystalline suspension, Code: PAP. To insure full activity, the enzyme should be incubated in a solution containing 1.1mM EDTA, 0.067mM mercaptoethanol and 5.5mM cysteine-HCl for 30 minutes. It is recommended that the enzyme be 0.22 micron filtered after dissolution and prior to use. Store at 2-8°C. Papain is a sulfhydryl protease from Carica papaya latex. It has a molecular weight of 23 kDa and an optimum pH range of 6.0-7.0. The action of papain on leucine methyl ester produces an insoluble polyleucine peptide. Papain breaks down the intercellular matrix of cartilage. Papain is activated by cysteine, sulfide, and sulfite.

Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) is a complex multifunctional enzyme system ACC is a biotin-containing enzyme which catalyzes the carboxylation of acetyl-CoA to malonyl-CoA the rate-limiting step in fatty acid synthesis There are two ACC forms alpha and beta encoded by two different genes ACC-alpha is highly enriched in lipogenic tissues The enzyme is under long term control at the transcriptional and translational levels and under short term regulation by the phosphorylation dephosphorylation of targeted serine residues and by allosteric transformation by citrate or palmitoyl-CoA Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants divergent in the 5 sequence and encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene

ER-EGFP mRNA encodes a fusion protein comprising an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) targeting signal sequence and enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) EGFP is a widely used fluorescent marker protein for biological imaging By fusing EGFP to the ER signal sequence dynamic changes in the ER can be observed in real-time in live cells making it particularly useful for studying the structure function and interactions of the ER with other cellular organelles ER-EGFP s efficient fluorescent properties and specific localization to the ER position it as an ideal tool for studying ER-related processes The EZ Cap ER-EGFP Probe mRNA (m1 ) is provided at 1 mg/mL specifically designed for targeted expression of a green fluorescent protein label at the ER This mRNA is synthesized through co-transcriptional capping resulting in a Cap 1 structure The incorporation of m1 modifications poly(A) tail significantly enhances mRNA stability and lifetime both in vitro and in vivo

Zymolyase, produced by a submerged culture of Arthrobacter luteus (1), is an enzyme preparation which effectively lyses cell walls of viable yeast cells. An essential enzyme responsible for lysis of viable yeast cells in this preparation is b-1, 3-glucan laminaripentaohydrolase. It hydrolyzes linear glucose polymers with b-1,3-linkages and releases laminaripentaose specifically as the main and minimum product unit (4,5,10,11). This lytic activity releases spheroplasts and protoplasts in the preparation of yeast DNA prior to restriction enzyme digestion and Southern Blot analysis. The extent of lysis of yeast cells by Zymolyase varies with yeast strain, growth stage of yeast and cultural condition (6-8). Further information related to Zymolyase is obtained in the references below. Applications: Protoplast/Spheroplast Preparation Yeast Cell Fusion Yeast Cell Transformation Appearance: Lyophilized powder Activity: 100U/mg

The most commonly used method for decellularization procedures, such as tissue dissociation and cell harvesting, is based on the use of proteolytic enzymes. Proteases disrupt the extracellular matrix of tissue to allow the release of individual cells or the harvesting of cultured cells for transfer. The goal of cell isolation is to maximize the yield of dissociated cells that are viable and functionally active.
