Zymo Research Corporation ZR-96 RNA Clean & Concentrator™ Kit (2 x 96 Preps)
The kit allows for efficient RNA clean-up with the supplied Zymo-Spin™ I96 Plate. RNA is washed, then eluted and concentrated into 10 l of DNase/RNase-free Water. The highly concentrated, purified RNA is suitable for all subsequent analyses and molecular manipulations.

The kit includes unique technology such as the ZR BashingBead™ Lysis Tubes and features a specially formulated RNA Lysis Buffer. The Zymo-Spin™ IIICG Column allows for high-capacity DNA elimination and the subsequent Zymo-Spin™ IICR Column efficiently adsorbs total RNA.The RNA is washed and then eluted with DNase/RNase-Free Water. For inhibitor removal, the eluted RNA can be treated by running the sample through the Zymo-Spin™ III-HRC Filters. Zyagen Labs Mouse C57 thymus total RNA is a high pure intact total RNA isolated from freshly harvested normal healthy C57BL/6 Mouse THYMUS tissues, treated with DNase and dissolved in water. RNA is ready for immediate use in any downstream application.
Zyagen Total RNA is routinely extracted from freshly harvested normal healthy tissues of single donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate–phenol:chloroform extraction method which allows the rapid isolation of total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA, precisely quantified, and stored at -80oC. The integrity of each RNA sample as indicated by intact ribosomal RNA is verified by denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. The purity of RNA is assessed by NanoDrop (A260/A280: 1.9-2.1). Residual DNA contamination is tested by PCR. RNA is ideal for Northern blotting, ribonuclease protection assay, SI nuclease assay, RT-PCR/Q-PCR/RACE analysis, cDNA synthesis, RNA differential display, microRNA studies, and purification of mRNA for library construction. Total RNA sample is provided in RNase-free water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and shipped on dry ice.
