CMV-Luc-GFP-Puro is a fluorescence and luciferase dual reporter lentivirus based on the LFV-V1a vector layout under control of the CMV promoter containing a Luc-T2A-GFP-P2A-Puro expression cassette and Puromycin resistance marker This construct co expresses luciferase and fluorescent reporter proteins to enable correlated bioluminescent and fluorescent readouts in the same cell population Each vial provides a nominal titer of 2x10E6 transducing units TU The lentiviral particles are supplied ready to use for stable gene delivery to mammalian cells and can facilitate generation of long term reporter cell lines They are well suited for in vitro cell based assays in vivo optical imaging high content screening and mechanism of action studies Fluorescence and luciferase dual imaging reporter lentivirus Collection of high-quality reporter lentiviral particles which allow for detection of transduced cells by luciferase and fluorescence based methods
