The EasySep™ Mouse CD49b Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD49b+ cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by positive selection. The cocktail contains a combination of PE-labeled antibodies that is directed against CD49b, which are then recognized by Tetrameric Antibody Complexes that are directed against PE and dextran. Labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

The EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow or mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or from previously frozen cord blood mononuclear cells, or from hESC/hiPSC-derived hematopoietic cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD34 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. The RosetteSep™ Human Progenitor Cell Basic Pre-Enrichment Kit is designed to pre-enrich hematopoietic progenitor cells from cord blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with antibody complexes recognizing CD3, CD11b, CD19 and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as Lymphoprep™ (Catalog #07801), the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The hematopoietic progenitor cells are present as an enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium. Cells of interest can then be positively selected from the pre-enriched cell population using EasySep™ (e.g. EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection).
