These empty 2.5ml laboratory columns come with an inserted lower filter with a pore size of 35um. Each column has Luer-lock connectors on both sides for tubing and syringes. To close the columns tightly, the 2.5ml columns have a Luer-lock closing cap. These columns can be centrifuged and autoclaved (with filters at 110°C). Each package of columns includes two one-way stopcocks.
