Poly Crimp Seal, 11mm, Yellow Cap, PTFE/Silicone Septum. A crimp cap constructed of plastic that fits virtually any 11mm crimp sample vial. Use a standard crimping tool to securely crimp the Poly Crimp seal onto any crimp top vial. The Poly Crimp seal also permits an airtight seal by hand without crimping. Although the Poly Crimp seal can work with any crimp top vial, the tighter manufacturing tolerances and quality assurance program with the vials supplied by Chemglass certifies better performance when the cap is used with Chemglass supplied vials. Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) can be tested or stored in our autosampler vials using these caps. The silicone rubber (for optimal sealing), and polypropylene fitted liners (for inertness) are excellent for storage of your sample before or after chromatography. These caps do not contain PTFE.
Microsolv Technology Corporation Caps, Snap Top, with Butyl Rubber / Tefzel Septa, fitted in smooth, soft polyethylene, Natural Transparent Caps. For use with 11mm, 12x32mm Snap Top autosampler vials. 100/PK.
Soft polyethylene caps are more pliable than other Snap Caps and are easier to place on the vial. Popular choice when using a large number of caps at one time. These caps may not seal as well as other Snap Caps and should be used with sample solvents with low volatility. Butyl Rubber with Tefzel is a lower cost Septa but inert enough for most applications.

Medium durometer red rubber with a .015 layer of clear PTFE. Great and economical for routine analysis. Not recommended for multiple injections.
