Invitrogen™ CD55 Monoclonal Antibody (67)

Description
For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. This antibody is not recommend for staining erythrocytes in flow cytometry applications. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is human tonsil. Mouse anti Human CD55 antibody, clone 67 recognizes the human CD55 cell surface antigen, a GPI linked molecule also known as decay accelerating factor (DAF).
