Description

Regular maintenance maximizes the longevity of the arium water system via annual, semi-annual or quarterly visits

Factory-trained field engineers ensure each system is maintained to deliver optimal performance. During their scheduled preventive visit, the engineer will exchange consumables such as cartridges, filters, and UV bulbs; in addition, they will perform key services, including a complete system diagnostic analysis and pressure and system flow rate checks.

Consumables exchanged during preventive maintenance visits contribute to extended service life:

  • High-performing cartridges, when combined with the arium's state-of-the-art technology, considerably increase the service life of the filter, which reduces the environmental impact
  • UV lamp reliably removes organic substances, preventing bacterial growth

Consumables, cartridges and travel charges are not included. In addition to preventive maintenance visits, the Sartorius' Laboratory Service Team also offers needs analysis, installation and start up, technical support, equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and validation, and corrective maintenance and spare part service.
