The Brownlee Electrolysis Apparatus is a simple and economical type of electrolysis apparatus.

  • Platinum electrodes are attached to insulated connecting rods, which are attached to binding posts mounted on a non-conducting support.
  • Support rests across the top of a battery jar (not included in both sets).
  • Support comes equipped with two clips, each holding an inverted test tube.
  • Unit operates on a user supplied 6 V battery or 10 V DC power supply.
