Description

Portable clean air boxes equipped with independent regulators offer 3-stage filtration with carbon monoxide (CO) monitoring to provide workers with Grade D breathing air.

Design

  • Independent regulators ensure each worker has the proper air flow
  • Automatic condensate drains extend filter element life
  • Rugged construction for harsh work environments
3-Stage Filtration
  • Three stages of filtration remove oil, water, particulate, oil vapor and odors.
  • First stage removes 95% of solid contaminants and bulk liquids from the breathing air, down to five microns, prolonging the life of the second and third stage elements
  • Second stage removes extremely fine oil mists down to .01μ; maximum remaining filter efficiency is 99.9998%
  • Third stage removes unpleasant oil and hydrocarbon vapors and odors from the air; Maximum remaining oil content is 0.003 ppm by weight; filter efficiency is 99.9998%
CO Monitoring
  • Auto calibration takes approximately 90 seconds and requires no tools
  • High intensity 90 dB alarm remote capable with strobe
  • Visual display with Internal LCD and External LEDs
  • Self-contained

  • Filter change indicators visually alerts the operator to replace element
  • Replacement filters compatible with other brands of filtration panels
