NB100-65685 recognizes all four dengue virus serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3 and DEN-4 least strongly) of the genus Flavivirus. NB100-65685 detects an anti-E/envelope specific band of 61kDa under reducing conditions in Western blotting. A weak secondary band of 80kDa may also be apparent.
Store at 4C short term. Aliquot and store at -20C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
