Ensure accurate, reproducible results in immunohistochemistry experiments with Epredia™ EGFR, Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody.
Supplier: Epredia RM2111R7
Description
EGFR is a type I receptor tyrosine kinase with sequence homology to c-erbB1, B2, B3, B4. It binds to Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Transforming Growth Factor-alpha (TGF-alpha), Heparin-binding EGF (HB-EGF), amphiregulin, betacellulin and epiregulin. EGFR is overexpressed in tumors of breast, brain, bladder, colon, lung, stomach, head and neck, esophagus, cervix, vulva, ovary, and endometrium. It is predominantly present in squamous cell carcinomas.Host Species: Rabbit
