GYY 4137 morpholine salt is a slow-releasing H2S donor. Exhibits vasodilator and antihypertensive activity. Activity causes slow dilation of blood vessels in vitro and in vivo; does not influence vascular smooth muscle cell viability in culture. Water-soluble.
