Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. | |
Detects human Cathepsin E in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It recognizes both the pro and mature forms of recombinant human (rh) Cathepsin E. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Cathepsin E and recombinant human (rh) BACE is observed under reducing conditions. Under non-reducing conditions, less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmCathepsin E and rhBACE-1 is observed. Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCathepsin D is observed under both reducing and non-reducing conditions. |
