- Multiple blots can be hybridized in a single tube using nylon mesh sheets to separate the membranes (not included)
- Probe volumes are approximately 5mL per blot
- Use one 35 I.D. x 300 tube per standard rotator position or two 35 I.D. x 150mm tubes per clamp
