Description

  • Intelli-Sense Multi-Speed Blowers are weatherized, direct drive, non-explosion-proof blowers controlled by two or three position switch.
  • Energy-efficient direct drive ECM motor uses one third less energy than belt driven motors
  • Housings are vacuum formed from unplasticized Type I polyvinyl chloride for complete corrosion protection
  • Powder-coated steel base and weather cover gives long life in extreme weather
  • Thermal override protected blower with RPM speeds automatically attenuated to prevent motor overload
  • Variable exhaust orientation adjusts to eight outlet positions for installation flexibility
  • Flow-through vent holes and louvers allow air to circulate
  • Impellers made of injection-molded PVDF resist highly corrosive atmospheres, operate quietly and provide optimum air delivery
  • Inlet and discharge diameters are sized to receive rigid PVC ducting material directly for safe installation
  • Drain connection on lower portion of housing allows utilization of washdown system
  • Removable weather cover allows easy access to ECM motor and impeller shaft
  • When blower is properly installed to ductwork, sound levels range from 50 to 70 dba
  • Hood Application: Moderate to highly corrosive, Perchloric acid
  • Motor power: 1hp
  • Fiberglass Blowers are not recommended for use with Perchloric Acid
