The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 100% homologous in human (isoform CRA_a), chicken, cow, dog, mouse, rat and monkey, and 92% homologous in xenopus. FOXO3A is a 673 amino acid protein which is observed at approximately 95 kD in western blot.
