Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

The antibody can recognize all isoforms except isoform 5 (85-90 kDa). The antibody tested HomoDimer isoforms (80 kDa/110-120/280 kDa) in Jurkat cell.

The protein belongs to the FKBP-type peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase family. It is located in endoplasmic reticulum and acts as molecular chaperones.
