A solution used to solubilize native protein samples prior to use with the NativePAGE Gel System

The buffer is used along with 10% DDM or 5% Digitonin detergents to solubilize hydrophobic or membrane proteins. This buffer is also included in the NativePAGE Sample Prep Kit. The samples prepared with 10% DDM, 5% Digitonin, or the NativePAGE Sample Prep Kit are compatible with NativePAGE Novex Bis-Tris Gels for native electrophoresis showing increased resolution and reduced streaking.
