Promega GSK3β Kinase Enzyme System

Recombinant full-length human GSK3 beta was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. GSK3 beta is a serine-threonine protein kinase originally identified as the kinase that phosphorylates and inhibits glycogen synthase.
