Description

Removes Glycans from both O-Linked and N-Linked glycosylation sites. Protein Deglycosylation Mix contains five protein deglycosidases, with fetuin provided as a deglycosylation substrate control.

Mixture of five (5) protein deglycosidases: PNGase F, O-Glycosidase, Neurominidase, β1-4 Galactosidase, β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase). Provides suffucient deglycosidase for 20 reactions.
