Description
The recommended shelf life for this product is 1 year from date of receipt.
Serine Threonine Kinase 33 is normally expressed in embryonic and germ-line cells, which ultimately differentiate into testis, lung, heart, brain and spinal cord. It is critical in both spermatogenesis and organ ontogenesis, and is thus a critical developmental protein. However, in many maligt tissues, STK33 is abnormally expressed, and its appearance in these tissues usually indicates an increase in the cancer cell viability. In cancer cells, STK33 suppresses mitochondrial apoptosis, which precludes normal processes to identify and eliminate cancerous cells.Specifications
