MB21D2 Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total MB21D2 protein, which is an intracellular E-cadherin binder and a member of the cGAS/DncV-like nucleotidyltransferase enzyme family. Frequently overexpressed in various cancers, this protein is involved in cellular processes such as survival, proliferation, and migration. The antibody is produced in rabbits by immunizing with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the carboxy terminus of the human protein and is purified via protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
