LAB BIOREAGENTS NGB I Buffer 100ml
Lab Bioreagents NGB (I, II, III) are newly developed next generation assay buffers that provides exceptional performance and broad compatibility for Western blot, ELISA, IHC and nucleic acid detection assays. The NGBs are basic buffers that hat requires neutralization by acid in the reaction. Among the tests, NGBs have been demonstrated to maintain the full bioactivity of proteins and antibodies.

DESCRIPTION: PAN-Biotech (10x) Trypsin 2.5% in PBS, w/o: Ca and Mg is a porcine pancreas-derived enzyme in a 10x concentrated PBS solution. It is commonly used for the dissociation of anchorage-dependent (adherent) mammalian cells and tissues from culture surfaces. The concentration of trypsin necessary to dislodge cells from their substrate is dependent on the cell type and the age of the culture. APPLICATION: Enzymatic solution for the dissociation and disaggregation of anchorage-dependent mammalian cells and tissues. Trypsin solutions can range from 0.025% to 0.5% depending on application. The LowBindings helps to reduce the non-specific bindings, negative effects of interfering molecules, and cross-reactivities of antibodies and proteins from biomatrix. Therefore, LowBindings exhibit the low matrix interference and high signal-to-noise, by which the assay sensitivity and specificity have been significantly improved. As many factors are involved in immunoassays, there is no single assay buffer that is ideal for each assay.
