Indirubin-3′-oxime (IDR3O) is a synthetic derivative of indirubin that functions as a potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β). It directly inhibits all three isoforms of JNK (JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3). This compound also promotes height growth through the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in chondrocytes and is intended for research use only.
