Chemglass CG-309-Z-107 is a perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-ring made from Simriz 486 material and sized to AS568 #107. It is supplied in a white, Class VI formulation for high-purity laboratory sealing applications, and is intended for use in glassware joints, vacuum traps, and chemical processing fittings.

4-Port Airfree Schlenk Vacuum Manifold, Single Bank, 390mm OAL. Single bank vacuum manifold with 0-8mm Chem-Vac™ Chem-Cap valves mounted on a 45 angle to the user permitting easy operation inside of a fume hood. Ports are spaced 75mm center to center. All connection ports are #15 o-ring connections that incorporate a greasefree o-ring seal. Manifold is modular in design allowing the user tremendous flexibility in performing experiments. Adapters from #15 o-ring joints to standard taper components, serrated hose connections or 3/8" Cajon fittings are available to allow the ports to be used with existing glassware. Replacement Chem-Vac™ Chem-Cap plug is listed below.

Size 336 FETFE o-ring, Pack/3. An ACE exclusive compound which is a fluoroelastomer with TFE additives. It has good compression set along w/ excellent temperature and chemical compatibility. Generally black or white. USP Class VI material.

Support Tubes, Stainless Steel , 1/2in OD X 36in Length. These support tubes are made of brilliant polished 304 Stainless Steel . They have good surface hardness and do not score from clamp binding screws. Tubes are 1/2" (13mm) in diameter, and are hollow, reducing weight to 1/2 of solid Stainless Steel rods while maintaining all the advantages of the Stainless Steel . The walls are 1/16" (1.6mm) thick, strong, and do not sag. The ends of each tube are capped with polyethylene tight fitting end-caps.

Size 015 CAPFE o-ring is an ACE-exclusive o-ring with a resilient rubber core encased in a thick, non-porous FEP/PTFE encapsulation. CAPFE has excellent compression set and chemical compatibility, and low gas and water permeability.
