Metal Specialty Bottles

Metal bottles are designed to be safe and sanitary for the storage of high value liquids or solids when glass cannot be used because of breakage risk or chemical incompatibility. Metal bottles are also excellent vessels for the storage of light sensitive materials due to their solid construction. The stainless steel used in metal bottles makes them resistant to corrosion thanks to the addition of chromium, while molybdenum additions enhance the metal’s resistance to pitting attacks from chloride solutions and corrosion from reducing acids. Stainless steel also resists staining and can be cleaned in an autoclave, by dry heat, gamma radiation or chemical cleaning.
