The EZBiopure TR Wide Mouth Media Bottle Assembly with Molded Silicone Cap Adapter is a ready-to-use, single-use closed system bioprocess container designed for aseptic fluid transfer, eliminating in-house assembly and validation to save time and reduce risk. It removes the need to source or qualify individual components.
Available in 125 mL to 1L round bottles, in PETG or Polysulfone (PS), each assembly includes a preassembled VersaCap with molded silicone adapter, 1/8” tubing, connectors, dip tube, 0.22 µm vent filter, and ratchet-style pinch clamp.
The one-piece design minimizes leaks, contamination, and product loss. Sterile, gamma-irradiated, and individually packaged, these assemblies provide a convenient, cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel systems requiring cleaning and validation.
