Plastic Tubing
Plastic tubing of various lengths and bores constructed of materials suitable for general laboratory, biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, medical, vacuum, low-pressure, high-pressure, cleanroom or environmental applications. Products may be chemical- or corrosion-resistant. Formulated for resistance to flex fatigue and abrasion, plastic tubing is more flexible and less permeable than rubber tubing.
How Is Plastic Tubing Used?
Flexible plastic tubing may be used as transfer lines for contamination fluid control, hydraulics, protective jacketing, vacuum pump and diaphragm pump feeds and discharges, refrigeration, water and fluid lines, food and beverage, instrumentation, research laboratories, agriculture, material handling, air and gas lines, chemical lines and pharmaceuticals.
Types of Plastic Tubing:
• PVC: lightweight and flexible, will retain its bore on bending and can be sterilized up to 121°C
• Silicone: ideal where a hard-wearing material is needed, including transfer of liquids or higher temperature environments
• LDPE: good for general low pressure and temperature, instrumentation, corrosive atmosphere, and food processing
• PTFE: has excellent chemical-resistant and temperature-resistant properties
• PE: flexible, lightweight, durable, and corrosion resistant, used for a wide range of liquid, gas, and fluid transfer applications
• FEP: clear, small-diameter tubing, the economical choice for chemical resistance and broad temperature exposure
• PEEK: high-performance polymer with mechanical and chemical resistance, and highly resistant to thermal degradation

Three-Stop PVC Color-coded Autoanalysis Tubing for Ismatec Pumps is USP Class VI tubing that is Phthalate-free. It has a long pumping life and exhibits a wide range of acid and chemical resistance, thus making it an ideal choice for Pharmaceutical industries. Plasticizer is very tightly bonded into the material, preventing any leaching of component chemicals into the medium being transported, maintaining its sterility. The tubing is transparent, which allows visual observation of tubing contents. It also offers very low gas permeability and can withstand high pressure contents.
Tubing is also called TAAT / microbore and auto analysis.
The overall length of Lab PVC 95625-series stop tubing is 16" (406 mm). The legacy Ismatec stop tubing was 400 mm long.

The tubing is ideal for use as an electrical and thermal insulator, for fluid and gas delivery, or as a tough sheath for glass fibers. The tube has a temperature range of -418 to 896¿F (¿250 to 480¿C). Can be sterilized with autoclave, ethylene oxide or gamma irradiation.

The Disposable Beverage Napkin from Georgia-Pacific is a white, single-ply napkin made from 100% virgin fibers. It measures 14" x 17" and has a basis weight of 15 lbs per 3000 sq ft. The Grainger 16T825 is a Dayton 1/3 HP 115/230V AC electric motor with a totally enclosed fan cooled enclosure. It has a 1,725 RPM operating speed and features sleeve bearings. This single phase motor has a 48Y frame size and measures approximately 9-1/2" long by 5-3/4" wide. It requires a 48Y mount and has a 1/2" diameter shaft with a 1/4" keyway and set screw. The 16T825 operates on 115V AC and draws 8.6 amps, while on 230V AC it draws 4.3 amps. This electric motor is thermally protected for overloads.
