This zero-dead-space flush-bottom glass drain valve provides complete vessel drainage and prevents solids from collecting in the vessel bottom. It is designed for pilot-plant reactors, includes a torque knob and stabilizing pin for secure operation with larger agitators, and fits a 2 in beaded pipe valve seat with a 1 in beaded pipe sidearm.

A single fitting offers secure connections and quick disconnection¿no need to purchase two fitting halves. Simply push tubing past the O-ring to the internal tube stop¿steel teeth on the collet grip tubing for leakproof connections. To disconnect, press collet against fitting body to disengage steel teeth¿tubing slides right out. Fittings work with semirigid plastic (polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon) and soft metal (brass, copper, mild steel) tubing. To connect flexible tubing such as Tygon or silicone, order soft tube supports.

Adapter, Syringe Addition, 24/40 Joint Size, 105mm Height. Adapter is inserted between the flask and condenser in a distillation set up and is used for additions to reactions with a syringe pump without having to bend the needle or cannula. Supplied complete with one each CG-3022-05 rubber septa.

Adapter, Flushing, 14/20 Inner Joint, 4mm Glass Stpk, Airfree, Schlenk. Adapter allows vessels to be flushed with inert gas while sampling directly thru the bore of the T-Bore stopcock. Available with a choice of a 4mm high vacuum glass stopcock having a Stainless Steel constant pressure retention device or a 4mm PTFE stopcock. Both the glass and PTFE stopcock have 9mm OD medium wall arms for use with CG-3022-05 red or CG-3022-22 white septum stopper. PLEASE NOTE: NOT SUPPLIED WITH SEPTUM STOPPER.

Air-operated flush bottom drain valve designed for 10 L-50 L reactors with a 2 in beaded pipe connection. The valve is held closed by spring tension and opens when air pressure is applied. Supplied as a complete kit with an air control panel, two regulators, a mounting bracket, tubing, and fittings. Suitable for solvent extractions and controlled drain operations; not recommended for slurries or viscous materials.
- Constant spring tension prevents leakage during low-temperature reactions.

- Secondary regulator provides 4 psi safety backup.
- Wetted parts of PTFE with 316L stainless steel shaft for corrosion resistance.
